The Association of STAMA Greece was founded in January 2020 by the leading STRs property management companies in Greece, and is the only association from Greece, a member of European Holiday Home Association (EHHA) based in Brussels.

Our mission is to represent Greek Short-Term Rentals industry, at national, European and international level.

• Management or ownership of apartments
• Managed or owned Villas
• Managed or owned Serviced Apartments
• All companies that accept the institutional, regulatory and statutory principles of the association

• They are fully legal companies
• Have a tax presence in Greece
• All its accommodation is registered in the ‘Register of Short-Term Property Lets’ (A.M.A) kept by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR – AADE) or have a Special Operating Logo (ESL) in accordance with Articles 1 to 4 of Law 4276/2014
• They wish to improve their hospitality services & experience to their guests
• They work for the progress of our Association and our industry
• Cooperate with each other
• They participate and support common actions
• They believe in the advancement of their own managers and employees through knowledge and training
• Post the STAMA Greece sign in a prominent place in the accommodation
